ExperiaHub Partner Agreement

This Partner Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a contract between [Your Company Legal Name, e.g., GlobalExperia Co., Ltd.], a company registered in Taiwan (“ExperiaHub”), and you, our valued partner (“Partner” or “you”). This Agreement governs the terms of our referral partnership for introducing new suppliers to the ExperiaHub platform.
1. Partner’s Role and Responsibilities
Your primary role is to refer unique, high-quality activity providers to ExperiaHub. In return, we will compensate you for the successful bookings made with these suppliers. You agree to represent ExperiaHub accurately and professionally in all your communications.
2. Commission Structure and Payouts
- Referral Commission: For every booking made on the ExperiaHub platform with a supplier you referred, you will receive a commission of 3% of the total booking price.
- Attribution: Your referred suppliers will be identified by a unique partner code assigned to you upon sign-up. This code must be used to ensure proper tracking and credit for your referrals.
- Payouts: Commissions are paid on a [e.g., monthly] basis for all bookings that have been successfully completed and paid for. Payouts will be made via [e.g., bank transfer or PayPal].
- Cancellations: We reserve the right to reverse commissions on any bookings that are subsequently canceled or refunded.
3. Supplier Vetting and Approval
All suppliers you refer are subject to ExperiaHub’s standard vetting process to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards. ExperiaHub reserves the right to approve or reject any supplier at our sole discretion.
4. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, you will be paid any outstanding commissions for bookings completed up to the termination date.
